达州市幼儿教师培训的现实困境与出路设计 被引量:1

摘要 调查和访谈结果表明,当前幼儿教师培训的现实困境有:培训者与参训者间供需适切度较难精准把握;培训实施中的交流分享较容易淹没在重任务轻过程之中;培训评价管理与反思调整及革新较难紧步跟进。未来的幼儿教师培训应着重强化培训目标适切,倾听理解参训者的内心声音;培训内容务实,兼顾参训者的工作实际需要;实施过程扎实,运用多元方式达至共享提高;重视培训评价,发挥评价诊断激励调整功能。 The survey and visit shows the realistic difficulties in training the preschool teachers.It is hard to exactly grasp the relevancy of supply and demand between trainers and trainees,the communication and share in training is easily drawn in the flood of the emphasis on task and neglects to process and the assessment and adjustment is hard to step with the innovation.The countermeasures include that the emphasis should be put on the relevancy of goal and listen to the trainees,the training content should be practical to meet the need of their professions,the training process should be solid and various methods used to achieve the goal of share and upgrade and the evaluation should be used to diagnose,encourage and adjust.
