摘要
为了研究不同枣品种的光合特性差异,用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪对5个枣品种(中秋酥脆枣、以色列枣1号、以色列枣2号、以色列枣3号、柿饼枣)叶片的光合参数进行测定。结果表明:(1)5个枣品种的净光合速率(Pn)日变化均为"单峰"型曲线,均于9:00前后出现最高峰;日Pn最高值及平均值大小顺序均为:以色列枣3号>以色列枣1号>柿饼枣>中秋酥脆枣>以色列枣2号。(2)蒸腾速率的日变化曲线呈"单峰"状,中秋酥脆枣峰值出现在11:00前后,其他几个峰值均出现在13:00前后;水分利用率(WUE)的日平均值大小顺序为:中秋酥脆枣>以色列枣2号>以色列枣3号>以色列枣1号>柿饼枣。
To study the differences of diverse jujube varieties in photosynthetic characteristics,the photosynthetic parameters of leaves of five jujube varieties(mid-autumn crisp jujube,Israeli jujube No.1,Israeli jujube No.2,Israeli jujube No.3,dried persimmon jujube) were measured with Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer. The results show that(1) the diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the 5 jujube varieties all appeared unimodal curve,they peaked at around a.m. 9:00; The orders of highest values and the average values of daily Pn were:Israeli jujube No. 3〉Israeli jujube No. 1〉 dried persimmon jujube〉 mid-autumn crisp jujube 〉 Israeli jujube No.2;(2) the diurnal variation of transpiration rate presented single peak curve,the mid-autumn crisp jujube peaked at around a.m.11:00,while several other varieties peaked at around p.m.13:00. The orders of the daily average values of water use efficiency(WUE) of five varieties were:mid-autumn crisp jujube 〉Israeli jujube No.2 〉 Israeli jujube No. 3 〉 Israeli jujube No.1〉 dried persimmon jujube.
