摘要
在中国衡器协会成立31周年之际,本文以应变式称重传感器研发原则"结构是基础,材料是关键,工艺是核心,检测是保障"为切入点,总结了31年来应变式称重传感器结构设计与计算;制造技术与制造工艺;工艺装备与检测手段;大批量生产工艺与统计制程管理;新型产品开发与应用等方面的技术进步,并简要介绍了有代表性的研究成果。
In the thirty-one anniversary of the founding of China Weighing Instrument Association on the occasion, the principle of strain gauge load cell research and development is "structure is the basic, material is the key, the process is the core,detection is the guarantee" as the breakthrough point, summarizes thirty-one years strain gauge load cell structure design and calculation; manufacturing technology and manufacturing process; process equipment and detection methods, mass production process and statistical process control, technical progress of new product development and application etc, and briefly introduces the representative research achievements.
