摘要 皮带秤秤架结构主要有单杠杆式、双杠杆式、悬浮式等多种结构形式,荷重传感器与秤架的连接多采用刚性连接,其中多数设有水平力、侧向力限位装置,这种限位连接形式存在一定的限制力、结构内应力,该限制力、结构内应力无法很好释放,容易产生过定位,干扰重力的准确测量。而浮动自平衡秤架可以很好的避免上述缺陷,本文主要阐述这种浮动自平衡皮带秤的基本原理及其应用要求,从而保证皮带秤的高精度计量。 The weighing frame structure of multi- idler belt scale includes single pivot, dual pivots, full suspension and so on, most of the joint between belt scale weighing bridge and load cell uses rigid connection, which normally have the position limiting device for horizontal force and lateral force, and this means of limiting connection has certain limit force and internal structure stress, and can not be released correctly, so it's easy to produce over positioning, and interferes with the accurate measurement of weight. A free floating balanced belt scale can well solve the above defects. This paper expounds the basic principle of the belt scale, and introduces the installation requirements, so as to ensure the high precision of measurement.
