摘要
目的探讨ICU护士同情心疲乏水平及其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表、医护人员同情心疲乏量表和护士职业价值观量表,对336名ICU护士进行调查。结果ICU护士同情心疲乏均分(3.14±0.10)分,其中精神紧张、热情丧失和情感淡漠3个维度的均分超过了3分。多元回归分析显示,年龄、工作年限和护士职业价值观中的行动主义、照顾提供是影响同情心疲乏的主要因素,共解释23.3%的变异量。结论ICU护士的同情心疲乏状况处于中等偏上水平。ICU护士和管理者应从影响护士同情心疲乏的影响因素上着手,采取个体化干预措施,促进护士的身心健康。
Objective To describe compassion fatigue in ICU nurses and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 336 ICU nurses were investigated by using a self-designed demographic questionnaire, the Compassion Fatigue Scale (CFS) and Nursing Professional Values Scale (NPVS). Results The mean score of compassion fatigue was 3. 14 ± 0. 10 and 3 subscales of the CFS (mental stress, loss of passion, and apathy) scored greater than 3 points. Multiple regression analysis showed that nurse's age, length of working years, and two subseales of the NPVS (behaviorism and care providing) were predictors of compassion fatigue, which could explain 23.3% of the variance. Conclusion The compassion fatigue in ICU nurses is somewhat above the medium level. Both nurses and nursing managers should pay attention to the influencing factors of compassion fatigue and take individualized measures to improve psychological and physical health of nurses.
