摘要 基于CAD-CFD软件对混流式水轮机转轮叶片优化进行研究,使用Workbench/BladeGen进行参数化造型,结合CFD实现了对转轮整体性能的优化设计。首先根据二元理论设计出适用水头为140 m^170 m的混流式水轮机转轮,根据流场数值分析结果,利用BladeGen控制与优化转轮的几何参数,最终改善了流态并提高了效率。BladeGen可以方便地控制转轮的结构参数,便于探讨水轮机结构与性能的复杂关系,在水力机械设计中具有较好的应用前景。 Based on CAD- CFD software Francis hydro turbine runner blade optimization is studied; combined with CFD , the overall performance optimization for runner is realized by using Workbench/ BladeGen Parametric modeling. Firstly Francis hydro turbine runner with a suitable water head from 140m to 170m is designed by according to the 2D Design Theory. On the basis of the flow field nu- merical analysis results, the flow pattern is eventually improved and the efficiency is increased by u- sing the geometric parameters controlled and optimized by BladeGen. The structure parameters of the runner could be easily controlled by BladeGen, and the research of the complex relations between structure and performance of the Francis hydro turbine can be conveniently conducted, which has a good application prospect in the design of hydraulic machinery.
