摘要
为解决直觉模糊环境下建设工程项目的综合评价问题,给出一种改进的直觉模糊层次分析法,并建立了基于该种改进的直觉模糊层次分析法的建设工程项目风险评价模型。依据建设工程项目风险管理理论,结合工程项目特点,将风险影响因素识别并按层次关系分组,建立了建设工程风险评价指标体系,利用直觉模糊集理论,给出了改进的直觉模糊互补判断矩阵,利用直觉模糊层次分析法计算属性权重,给出最优决策。
In order to solve the intuitionistic fuzzy environment comprehensive evaluation problem of engineering project, an improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is given, and the pro- ject risk assessment model based on the improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is also established. Risk factors are identified and grouped by hierarchical relationships based on engineering project risk management theory and project features, and engineering project risk evaluation index system is built, By using intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, an improved intuitionistic fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is proposed, attribute weights are given by the use of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hier- archy process and the optimal decision is got.
