摘要
利用液-液界面析出法在富勒烯C60和二茂铁(Fc)的甲苯-异丙醇体系中,成功地制备了负载Fc的富勒烯C60/Fc片晶。通过偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)和拉曼光谱(Raman)、能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)等对C60/Fc片晶的形貌结构、组分与元素分布以及晶型进行了表征。POM观察结果表明,C60/Fc片晶的形状近似于六边形,尺寸均匀,粒径约为10μm。SEM-EDS的观察分析结果发现,Fe元素均匀地分布在C60片晶的表面。IR和拉曼光谱分析表明,C60/Fc片晶中C60和Fc之间各自分别以分子状态存在。XRD结果表明,C60/Fc片晶为单斜晶型。
We successfully prepared ferrocene(Fc)incorporated fullerene C60(C60/Fc)hexagonal wafers by liquid-liquid interfacial precipitation(LLIP)method using toluene solution of C60and Fc mixture and isopropyl alcohol.Morphology,structure,component and element distribution of the C60/Fc hexagonal wafers were fully characterized by means of polarizing microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(IR),Raman spectra and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).It is found from POM that the hexagonal highly crystallized C60/Fc wafers equally distributed with a size of 10μm.The SEM-EDS microscopic images reveal that the C60/Fc hexagonal wafers incorporated Fe element with fine dispersion.IR and Raman spectra indicate that between C60and Fc exist in molecular state in C60/Fc wafer,respectively.XRD pattern of C60/Fc indicates the crystal structure is monoclinic.
