摘要
分别以硅溶胶、SBA-15、二氧化硅粉末和ZSM-5为载体,采用蒸氨均匀沉积沉淀法,制备了一系列草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇Cu基催化剂(Cu质量分数为20%),并对其催化草酸二甲酯加氢性能进行了考察。结果表明,以二氧化硅粉末为载体的催化剂加氢性能最佳,其草酸二甲酯转化率为100%,对乙二醇的选择性为84%。催化剂酸性强弱对加氢反应产物分布有一定影响,酸性较强的催化剂易使得副产物乙二醇单甲醚的量增加。活性组分Cu在载体表面的分散状况对反应的加氢深度有一定影响。
A series of Cu-based catalysts were prepared by ammonia-evaporation method with silica sol,SBA-15,fumed silica and ZSM-5(50)as the support,respectively.The content of Cu in all the as-prepared catalysts is 20%.The performance of those catalysts for dimethyl oxalate hydrogenation was evaluated.The results show that the catalyst with fumed silica as the support exhibits the highest dimethyl oxalate conversion 100%and ethylene glycol selectivity 84%.The acidity of catalysts influences the distribution of products,while the dispersion of Cu affects the degree of hydrogenation.
