摘要
目的 开发、实施护理硕士研究生临床实践能力提升方案,并对其进行效果评价.方法 以“布鲁姆教学目标分类理论”为框架拟定护理研究生临床实践能力提升方案,将其应用于2012~2013级44名护理硕士研究生(干预组)的临床教学,与2010~2011级接受常规临床实习培训的85名硕士研究生(对照组)进行对比.应用中文版护士行为目标达成度评价量表(中文版NPGA)、中文版护理问题对应行动自我评价量表(中文版OPSN)对两组进行测评.结果 干预组在中文版NPGA和中文版OPSN 2个量表中除共情及共同参与、团队角色2个维度外,其他维度得分及量表总分高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预组实习手册案例记录书写合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组对临床实践能力提升方案的认可率达86.4%~100%.结论 临床实践能力提升方案有助于提高护理硕士研究生临床实践水平,是其提高临床实践能力的有效模式和途径.
Objective To develop and implement a promoting program of nursing postgraduates' clinical practice ability,and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods On the basis of Bloom Education Theory,a promoting program was developped and applied to 44 2012-2013 nursing postgraduates (the intervention group).Eighty-five 2010-2011 nursing postgraduates were set as the control group and joined traditional internship program.The students were evaluated by Nurse's Performance for Goal Attainment (NPGA) and Self-evaluation Scale of Oriented Problem Solving behavior in Nursing practice (OPSN).Results The scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05 for all) except in 2 dimensions of Empathy & Participation and Team Role (P>0.05).Concerning the nursing record,the percent of pass of the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group.Besides,the promoting program was well regonized by 86.4 %-100% students of the intervention group.Conclusion The promoting program of nursing postgraduates'clinical practice ability can help to improve students' work ability.It is an effective mode and a good way to raise the level of nursing postgraduates' clinical practice ability.
