摘要 化合物在实际环境中往往以混合物的形式联合存在。本文以混合物联合毒性的研究进展为主线,简要介绍了污染物联合毒性的定性研究,重点概述了混合物联合毒性的定量研究,并总结了各定性定量方法的优缺点。发现对于反应机制不同、可能产生协同或拮抗作用的反应型混合体系的定量结构-活性关系(QSAR)的研究并不多见,指出需要加强混合物联合作用的定量研究,特别是要加强反应型混合体系的QSAR模型研究。 Compounds in actual environment often exist in the form of mixture.The progress in joint toxicity was the main line of this study.Qualitative research of pollutants was briefly introduced,and quantitative research of the combined toxicity was high-lighted,and both their advantages and disadvantages were summarized.The research of quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR)is rare,especially in the reactive mixing system.It is pointed out that the quantitative research on the joint role of mixed compounds,especially the research of QSAR models of mixed systems,needs to be strengthened.
