基于PDCA提升工学结合课程教学质量的研究——香港职业训练局培训启示

摘要 为提高教学效能,促进学生发展,实现教学目标,大力推行工学结合课程的建设与改革。结合目前工学结合课程教学运转情况,项目时空增大,工作任务完成进度等偏差因素,使得课堂教学组织管理的难度增大。课程教学质量管理控制的重点应当从外部评估转向教学者的自我质量控制,自查影响课程教学质量相关环节的因素,对影响质量的因素进行全面过程控制。借鉴香港职业训练局全面优质管理PDCA方法,坚持过程控制原则.持续改善,持续提升工学结合课程的教学质量。 In order to improve the teaching efficiency, and promote the development of the students,to achieve the goal of teaching, promoting the combination of work and study the construction andreform of the course. Combined with the engineering curriculum integration teaching operation, projecttime increased, task completion schedule deviation factor, which increases the difficulty of classroomteaching management. The curriculum teaching quality control management should shift to teachers'self quality control from the external evaluation, factors related to teaching quality of self-examinationand effect of course, to conduct a comprehensive process control influence factors on the quality of.Hongkong Occupation Training Bureau of total quality management of teaching quality using PDCAmethod, adhere to the principle of process control, continuous improvement, improve the combinationof the teaching quality of the course.
