The Advisory Committee for Policy Decision is an important decision-making power of localgovernment in china.This paper analyzes the development history, the personnel structure ,the organization settings and the working mechanism of the Advisory Committee for Policy Decision of ChineseLocal Governments briefly. Finally, points out the main problems existed in the Advisory Committee,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
