摘要
[目的]通过对玉米自交系新陈种子不同活力方法测定的比较,得出各测定结果与田间出苗率的相关性。[方法]利用田间实验、发芽试验、四唑染色法、TTCH含量法、老化试验、电导率法对种子活力进行测定。[结果]测定结果与田间出苗率的相关性除活力指数Ⅱ,其余均未达到显著水平。[结论]活力指数Ⅱ可作为玉米自交系活力测定一项较好的生理指标。
[Objective] By comparing the different vigor tests of old or new seeds of maize inbred line,the correlation between results and field seedling emergence were obtained.[Method] The field test,germination test,tetrazolium staining,TTCH content method,aging test and conductivity method were used to measure the seed vigor.[Result] The relationship between field seedling emergence rate and all testing methods results did not reach significant level,but the correlation coefficient between vigor index Ⅱand field seedling emergence rate reached the significant level.[Conclusion] Vigor index Ⅱwas considered as physiological index of vigor test in maize inbred lines.
