摘要
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,果品质量安全越来越被广大消费者所重视。果品安全取决于从种植管理到采收、加工、包装、检验、储运等果品生产的整个过程,其中种植管理环节科学规范与否对果品安全的影响尤其显著。该文简要分析了影响果品质量安全的主要因素并提出了确保果品质量安全的措施。
With the life reproving recent years,customers paid more attention to the fruit quality and safety.The quality and safety of fruit depended on the processing included growing management,harvesting,processing,packaging,storage and transportation.Among them the growing management scientific or not had strong effect on the fruit quality and safety.The main safety factors influenced fruit quality and safety were provided.
