摘要 介绍了毛细管区带电泳(capillaryzoneelectrophoresis,CZE)的原理 ,以及CZE在药物治疗浓度监测、代谢性疾病的诊断、药物及其代谢产物在体内代谢等方面的应用,并简要地讨论了CZE在药理学及临床医学中的应用前景。
