毛细支气管炎儿童血清骨钙素、免疫球蛋白A的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究毛细支气管炎儿童血清骨钙素、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)的变化,探讨维生素D缺乏在毛细支气管炎发病中的作用及血清骨钙素水平与血清IgA降低的关系。方法选取毛细支气管炎患儿40例作为观察组,选取同期门诊就诊的急性支气管炎患儿38例作为对照组。应用电化学发光法检测血清骨钙素水平,免疫比浊法检测血清IgA水平。结果毛细支气管炎儿童血清骨钙素水平为(70.77±22.73)ng/ml,较对照组(47.21±10.6n)ng/ml明显升高,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。毛细支气管炎儿童IgA水平为(0.31±0.10)g/L,较对照组(0.55±0.18)g/L明显降低,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。毛细支气管炎儿童血清骨钙素与IgA水平呈负相关(r=-0.360,P〈0.01)。结论毛细支气管炎儿童血清骨钙素水平升高,血清IgA水平降低,且二者呈负相关,提示维生素D缺乏与毛细支气管炎发病有一定的关系,且可能与IgA降低有关。
