目的通过电子追溯系统在消毒供应中心的使用研究,实现消毒供应中心的无菌手术器械、外来租借手术器械、高水平消毒物品的质量追溯,并对其在质量控制与管理领域进行分析与总结。方法通过软件的配合与数据的采集,结合移动PDA技术,二维条形码等技术,实现对与消毒供应中心的数字化管理。结果电子追溯系统在医院消毒供应中心的应用,提供了很好的方便与实用,帮助消毒供应中心实现了信息化管理;医务人员对于电子追溯系统有了充分的认识,加强了医疗机构的整体感染控制水平;通过有计划性与目的性的培训,完善对应的管理制度,提高医务人员对于消毒供应中心的认识与专业操作。结论电子追溯系统通过科学化的管理,与结合实际科室的使用经验,对于医疗器械的使用处理,更符合高效、合理、安全的现代化管理体系。

OBJECTIVE To apply the electronic track system in the central sterile supply department so as to realize the quality tracking of sterilized medical instruments, rental surgical instruments, and high-level sterilized articles and observe its effect on the quality control and management. METHODS By means of the computer software and data collection in combination with mobile PDA technology and two dimensional bar code technique, the digital management was achieved in the central sterile supply department. RESULTS The use of the electronic track sys- tem has brought more convenience to the central sterile supply department and helped to achieve the information management. The medical personnel had the fully understanding of the electronic track system, and the overall level of control of infections had been intensified in the medical institutions. The awareness to the central sterile supply deparment and the professional operations of the medical personnel have been improved through the planned and targeted training combined with the sound management system. CONCLUSION The scientific management of the electronic track system combined with the experience in actual practice is a more efficient, reasonable, and safe modern management of the medieal instruments.
