全球牛海绵状脑病流行特点及防控概况 被引量:3

Global Epidemic Features,Prevention and Control of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy

摘要 为增强牛海绵状脑病防范的针对性,本文全面介绍了1986年以来全球BSE的流行情况;简要分析近年来全球BSE流行的总体趋势和特点,如BSE发病国家持续增多,每年发病国家和病例数逐渐减少,BSE病例年龄持续增大,非典型病例持续增多等;总结BSE防控的主要措施,如禁止进口风险动物及其产品、严格执行饲料禁令、剔除特殊风险物质、开展BSE监测以及进行宣传培训等;简述了BSE风险状况认证以及变异型克雅氏症vCJD(人类BSE)发生情况;最后对全文进行小结,提出进一步防范BSE传入的建议。 This article introduces epidemic situation of BSE since 1986 in the world,and simply analyses BSE epidemic features and trend in the world in recent years,such as countries with BSE increasing and BSE cases and countries with BSE decreasing in every year,months of BSE cases getting older and more atypical BSE cases,etc. This article also summarizes key measures in prevention and control of BSE,such as prohibiting importation of risk animals and products,implementing the feed ban,removing specifi ed risk materials,conducting BSE surveillance and awareness programs,etc. Furthermore,it gives a brief introduction of BSE risk recognition status and of vCJD(BSE in human)situation.In conclusion,some suggestions are made for preventing BSE from introduction.
