摘要
为探讨水解生物质纤维素制取还原糖的实验条件,采用DNS法分别在超/亚临界状态下对目标产物(葡萄糖)的分解状况进行了研究,以期得到葡萄糖剩余率较高的反应条件,并提出了两种新型的纤维素水解方法.研究表明,在超临界条件下甲酸对葡萄糖的分解具有促进作用,在亚临界条件下甲酸对葡萄糖的分解具有抑制作用,在超临界下葡萄糖剩余率较高的实验条件为温度400℃,固液比1.5∶70,反应时间3 min;在亚临界下剩余率较高的实验条件为温度280℃,固液比1.5∶70,反应时间3 min,甲酸浓度3%.
To investigate the experimental conditions of preparation of reducing sugar by hydrolysis of biomass cellulose,in super /subcritical water the decomposition of glucose was studied by the method of DNS.In order to obtain the better reaction conditions of higher yield of remaining glucose.Meanwhile two new methods of cellulose hydrolysis were suggested.The results show that formic acid can boost the decomposition of glucose in the supercritical water.However in the conditions of subcritical water formic acid has inhibitory effect on decomposition of glucose.We conclude that the better reaction conditions of higher yield of remaining glucose in supercritical /subcritical water from the experiment,in supercritical water:the reaction temperature is 400 ℃,solid-to-liquid ratio is 1.5:70,and the reaction time is 3 min,in subcritical water:the reaction temperature is 280 ℃,solid-to-liquid ratio is 1.5:70,the reaction time is 3 min,and formic acid concentration is 3%.
