摘要
实现在室内进行外窗遮阳性能的测试,需要研制一套带有太阳光模拟器的检测装置,本文主要针对遮阳设备的太阳光模拟器进行研究,根据太阳光模拟器技术要求以及比较各光源的优缺点,选择了短弧氙灯作为模拟光源进行光学系统设计,根据实验测试技术要求进行光学系统设计,确立了最终的设计方案。太阳光模拟器的设计完成为下一步太阳光模拟器各部件的安装、调试作了准备,为整套检测设备的完成及外窗试件遮阳系数测试的进行奠定了基础。
A set of detection device with the solar simulator is needed with a view to testing shading performance of external windows indoors.The solar simulator of shading device was mainly studied in this paper.According to technical requirements of solar simulator and the comparison on advantages and disadvantages of lighting sources,xenon short-arc lamp was chosen as simulative light source to design the optical system.The final design scheme was determined after designing the optical system based on the technical requirements of experimental test.Completing the design of solar simulator prepared for the installation and debugging of solar simulator parts and laid the foundation for completing the whole set of testing equipment and testing the shading coefficient of the external windows.
