火炕热工性能评价指标及检测方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 目前常用的火炕性能检测方法检测的是火炕在规定条件下的运行性能指标,不是火炕的固有性能指标。本文分析了火炕热工性能评价指标的构成,提出了作为供暖设备的火炕其固有热工性能的检测方法。该方法可用于火炕热工性能的检测、评价及对比分析。研究结果表明:1)火炕的基本功能是通过热工性能和环保性能来反映的。火炕的热工性能指标可分为性能指标和安全指标。2)火炕(墙)的固有性能指标由热舒适指标、能力指标和能效指标组成,除散热能力指标中的炕(墙)面平均升温速度、火炕降温速度外,其他指标均应在热稳定状态下检测。3)火炕的热稳定状态可利用炕面平均温度变化率来判断,可取炕面平均温度变化率不大于±2%作为热稳定状态的判据。 The commonly used test method for thermal performance of civil kang is tested by operating indicator of civil kang under the prescribed conditions,not the inherent performance indicator of civil kang.The composition of thermal performance evaluation indicators of civil kangs was analyzed in this paper and test method was proposed for the inherent thermal performance of civil kang as heating equipment.The test method can be used for analyzing the test,evaluation and comparison of thermal performance of civil kang.The results indicate:1) The basic functions of civil kang are reflected by thermal performance and environmental protection performance.The thermal performance indicator of civil kang consists of performance indicator and safety indicator.2) The inherent performance indicator of civil kang consists of thermal comfort indicator,heat dissipating capability indicator and energy efficiency indicator.And the indicators should be tested under the thermal steady conditions except the average temperature rise rate and temperature drop rate of civil kang in the heat dissipating capability indicator.3)The thermal steady state of civil kang can be judged by mean temperature change of civil kang surface and the average temperature change rate which isn't greater than ± 2% can be taken as the basis for judging the thermal steady state.
