摘要
以野生蔬菜实葶葱种子为试材,研究了不同浓度的H2O2、KNO3和H2SO4溶液及不同浸种时间对实葶葱种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的3种化学药剂对实葶葱种子的萌发效果不同;H2O2浓度的增加和时间的延长对葶葱种子萌发有明显的抑制作用,对照与H2O2各处理之间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);KNO3处理的效果最佳,能明显提高种子的萌发率,其中以浸种12h、0.5%KNO3处理的效果最为显著,高于对照16.66%,其种子的发芽率显著高于对照及其它处理;H2SO4处理对实葶葱种子的萌发没有明显的促进作用。
Taking Allium galanthum L.seeds as material,soaked by H2O2,KNO3 and H2SO4 at various concentrations respectively,effect of different chemical reagents and different soaking times on germination rate were studied.The results showed that,effect of different concentrations of chemical reagent was different on germination of Allium galanthumL.seed;increasing of concentration of H2O2 treatment had certain inhibitory action to the seed's germination,there was a significant difference between the control and H2O2 treatment(P〈0.01);KNO3 had the best effect on improving seed germination,especially,soaking 12h,at 0.5% KNO3 had the best effect on the germination,which was higher than that of control(16.66%).The germination rate was significantly higher than control and other treatments.H2SO4 treatment had no significant effect on seed germination of Allium galanthumL.seeds.
