益肾通络方加减治疗肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Yishen Tongluo Formula for 30 Cases of Erectile Dysfunction With Liver Depression and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

目的观察益肾通络方加减治疗男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法将60例ED患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组给予口服益肾通络方加减,每天1剂。对照组口服他达拉非片,每次10mg,睡前30min服用,每3天1次,两组均治疗4周后评价临床疗效,并于治疗前后比较两组患者勃起功能障碍国际指数(IIEF-5)评分及中医症状积分。结果治疗组总有效率为76.6%,对照组为83.3%,两组临床疗效总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后IIEF-5评分与本组治疗前比较均明显升高(P﹤0.05),治疗后两组间IIEF-5评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后阳痿不举、情志抑郁、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、性欲与射精感评分与治疗前比较明显降低(P﹤0.05)。治疗后两组头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、性欲与射精感评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论益肾通络方治疗ED疗效与他达拉非片相近,但益肾通络方改善ED患者临床症状疗效更优。

Objective To observe the efficacy of modified Yishen Tongluo Formula （formula for reinforcing kidney and freeing vessels, 益肾通络方） for erectile dysfunction （ED）. Methods Sixty cases of ED were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 30 in each. The patients in the treatment group were orally taken modified Yishen Tongluo Formula one dose daily. The patients in the control group were orally taken 10 mg of Tadalafil Tablets once every three days 30 minutes before bedtime. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated after treatment. The scores of International Index of Erectile Function-5 （IIEF-5） and TCM symptoms were compared between groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 76. 6% and 83.3% respectively, with no significant difference between groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The scores of IIEF-5 were significantly increased in both groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between groups in the scores of IIEF-5 after treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The scores of impotence, emotional depression, dizziness, tinnitus, weakness, sexual desire and ejaculation feelings were significantly decreased in the treatment group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were significant differences between groups in the scores of dizziness, tinnitus, weakness, sexual desire and ejaculation feelings （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Yishen Tongluo Formula is similar to Tadalafil Tablets in treating ED. But Yishen Tongluo Formula can better relieve symptoms.
