Hippo-YAP通路在心血管系统中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 Hippo-YAP通路在细胞增殖和凋亡过程中起重要调控作用,核心成员包括YAP等蛋白。YAP转位入核是该通路激活的核心过程,与细胞内众多激酶分子的活性以及蛋白酶体系统的激活等因素有关。在上游调控方面,研究发现细胞极性以及机械力学等因素都可以调控该通路活性,通过影响细胞增殖等过程,在肿瘤浸润和转移、干细胞分化以及心血管系统疾病等方面发挥重要作用。本综述简单总结了该通路的相关研究的最新进展,并探讨了下一步可以深入研究的方向。
