5-氮杂胞苷对石斛生物活性成分的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本研究利用5-氮杂胞苷(5-azaC)处理石斛组培苗,分析石斛苗生长变化、生物活性物质含量及其相关基因表达变化。研究发现,石斛苗生物量和生物活性物质,如石斛多糖、石斛碱和胡萝卜素,含量明显升高,相关基因表达量也显著上升,证实DNA去甲基化修饰对石斛次生代谢产物生物合成具有重要调控作用。
