广西大学生艾滋病知识态度行为现状 被引量:30

HIV /AIDS related knowledge attitude and behavior among college students in Guangxi

摘要 目的了解防艾工程实施后广西大学生的艾滋病知识、态度、行为现状,探索适合在校大学生预防艾滋病的健康教育模式。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,以问卷调查的形式对南宁市10所高校的965名大学生进行调查。结果大学生艾滋病基本知识的总体知晓率为78.67%,艾滋病主要传播途径知晓率较高,而对非传播途径的正答率较低。46.58%的学生对艾滋病人表示同情,43.58%的学生愿意提供帮助。同意婚前性行为、多个性伴侣、婚外情、商业性行为、性交时用安全套的比例分别为28.6%,8.5%,8.5%,5.7%,9.3%,86.0%。大学生艾滋病知识的主要来源是电视、广播、杂志和网络。59.52%的学生认为目前学校对艾滋病教育力度不够。结论高校艾滋病防治宣教措施存在不足,需加强对大学生艾滋病及性知识的健康教育工作。 Objective To investigate current status of HIV/AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior among college students after HIV / AIDS intervention project,and to probe into proper AIDS prevention health education mode for college students.Methods Questionnaire survey on HIV /AIDS was conducted among 966 college students from 10 colleges in Nanning who were selected by stratified sampling.Results The overall correct answer rate of HIV / AIDS-related knowledge was 78.67%.The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS transmission route were high,however,the awareness of HIV / AIDS non-transmission path was quite 1ow.About 46.58% of the students expressed sympathy for AIDS patients,and 43.58% of the students showed willing to help.The proportion of approval with premarital sex,multiple sexual partners,out-marrige affair,commercial sexual behaviors,condom use during intercourse were 28.6%,8.5%,8.5%,5.7%,9.3% and 86.0%,respectively.Main sources of HIV / AIDS knowledge were television,radio,magazines and the Internet.More than half of the students consider school education on HIV / AIDS is not enough.Conclusions HIV /AIDS health education at universities is not enough to meet the needs of the college students.It is important to provide college students with comprehensive education and intervention on HIV / AIDS.
