摘要
目的了解大学生参与不同体育活动等级与心理健康水平的关系,为充分发挥体育运动的特殊功能,促进大学生的心理健康提供科学依据。方法采用体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对丽水学院2 143名大学生进行调查,分析被试大学生参与体育活动等级和心理健康状况的关系。结果大学生参与体育活动主要集中在小等级强度和基本不参与体育活动组,共1 098人,占51.24%。参与体育活动组的大学生SCL-90总分和各因子分均低于基本不参加体育活动组大学生(P值均<0.01)。大学生体育活动中等级强度组症状自评量表(SCL-90)各因子均分均低于小等级强度组和大等级强度组(P值均<0.05)。筛查阳性率随着参与体育活动等级的增强,呈逐渐下降趋势(χ2=6.34,P<0.05)。结论经常参与体育活动是改善和促进大学生心理健康水平的有效途径之一,保持中等级强度的体育活动效果较为显著。
Objective To understand possible effects of physical exercise on mental health among college students and to provide scientific references on mental health promotion.Methods A total of 2 143 college students were investigated on physical exercise participation,SCL-90,and favorite sports.Results The proportion of students who regularly participated in physical exercise was rather low.The students who regularly partici pated in physical exercise scored lower in SCL-90 than those did not(P〈0.01).The moderate intensity group scored lower than the small intensity group and big intensity group(P〈0.05).The bigger the phyical intensity inereased,the lower the positive rate was(χ2= 6.34,P〈0.05).Conclusion Regularly participated in physical exercise could be one of effective tools to improve mental health of university students.Moderate intensity of physical exercise had the most effective influence.
