中国1985与2010年不同地区青少年身高体重比较

Regional variation in physical growth among children and adolescents in China during 1985-2010

目的了解我国1985—2010年东中西部地区儿童青少年生长发育水平的变化情况,为促进青少年身体健康发展提供参考。方法以1985年和2010年全国中小学生体质与健康调研报告中身高、体重的数据为资料,采用加权平均值法对各地区数据进行合并分析。结果 1985年和2010,东部7～18岁青少年各年龄组身高水平均高于中、西部同龄青少年,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。1985年东部地区7～14岁青少年体重平均值均大于中、西部地区,2010年东部地区7～17岁青少年体重平均值均大于中、西部地区差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。相较于1985年东、西部地区青少年平均身高差异增幅1.76～3.73 cm（城男）、1.29～3.44 cm（城女）、0.98～3.24 cm（乡男）、0.61～2.66 cm（乡女）,2010年差异增幅2.02～6.50 cm（城男）、1.77～5.14 cm（城女）、1.77～5.84 cm（乡男）、1.85～5.38 cm（乡女）明显增大。1985年东、中部地区青少年身高差异增幅0.85～1.99 cm（城男）、0.82～1.82 cm（城女）、0.63～2.17 cm（乡男）、0.33～2.02 cm（乡女）同2010年差异增幅1.04～3.09 cm（城男）、0.86～2.90 cm（城女）、0.97～2.69 cm（乡男）、0.84～2.82 cm（乡女）相比略有增大。相较于1985年东、西部地区青少年平均体重差异增幅1.24～3.51 kg（城男）、0.69～2.74 kg（城女）、0.51～2.28 kg（乡男）、～0.30～1.79 kg（乡女）,2010差异增幅2.11～7.16 kg（城男）、1.37～4.94 kg（城女）、2.36～7.00 kg（乡男）、1.29～5.28 kg（乡女）明显增大。2010年东中部地区青少年体重差异增幅0.65～3.40 kg（城男）、0.42～2.34 kg（城女）、1.55～2.98 kg（乡男）、0.24～2.46 kg（乡女）相比1985年差异增幅0.65～1.78 kg（城男）、0.06～1.39 kg（城女）、-0.11～1.40 kg（乡男）、-0.5～1.11 kg（乡女）有所增大。结论我国东部儿童青少年生长发育水平高于中、西部同龄青少年。相较于1985年,2010年东部地区与中、西部地区之间青少年身高、体重差异均有所增大。

Objective To understand dynamic changes and possible differences of physical growth among adolescents from east-central-west regions during 1985-2010.Methods By using weighted mean methods,data on height and weight from the National Survey of Students Constitution and Health in 1985 and 2010 were analyzed.The whole country is divided into three economic zones including east,central and west areas.Results During 1985 to 2010,the growth levels of the eastern 7 to 18 years old adolescents in height was higher than the central and western（P〈0.05）.In 1985 the eastern regions 7-14 years old adolescents weight were greater than the average in central and western regions,In 2010 the eastern region 7- 17 years old adolescents weight were greater than the average in central and western regions（P〈0.05）.In 2010 east and west adolescent average height difference（2.02-6.50 cm（urban boy）,1.77-5.14 cm（urban girl）,1.77- 5.84 cm（rural boy）,1.85- 5.38 cm（rural girl）） is larger than the difference（1.76-3.73 cm（urban boy）,1.29-3.44 cm（urban girl）,0.98-3.24 cm（rural boy）,0.61-2.66 cm（rural girl） in1985.In 2010 east and central adolescent average height difference（1.04-3.09 cm（urban boy）,0.86-2.90 cm（urban girl）,0.97-2.69 cm（rural boy）,0.84-2.82 cm（rural girl）） is more than the difference（0.85-1.99 cm（urban boy）,0.82-1.82 cm（urban girl）,0.63-2.17 cm（rural boy）,0.33-2.02 cm（rural girl） in1985.In 2010 east and west adolescent average weight difference（2.11-7.16 kg（urban boy）,1.37-4.94 kg（urban girl）,2.36-7.00 kg（rural boy）,1.29-5.28 kg（rural girl） is significantly greater than the difference（1.24-3.51 kg（urban boy）,0.69-2.74 kg（urban girl）,0.51-2.28 kg（rural boy）,-0.30-1.79 kg（rural girl） in 1985.In 2010 east and central adolescent average weight difference（0.65-3.40 kg（urban boy）,0.42-2.34 kg（urban girl）,1.55-2.98 kg（rural boy）,0.24-2.46 kg（rural girl） is greater than the difference（0.65-1.78 kg（urban boy）,0.06-1.39 kg（urban girl）,-0.11-1.40 kg（rural boy）,-0.5-1.11 kg（rural girl） in 1985.Conclusion Regional variations in growth need to be taken into consideration when assessing the growth of children and adolescents in different areas of China.Compared with data in 1985,regional differences in height and weight between the east versus central and west area became more and more significant.
