摘要
以巴氏合金ZSnSb8Cu4与45#钢为摩擦副,研究巴氏合金ZSnSb8Cu4在不同实验参数下的摩擦磨损行为。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对实验样品进行表征,分析其摩擦磨损机制。结果表明:巴氏合金试样在正常温度(<130℃)下具有较低且稳定的摩擦因数和磨损率;当试样温度超过130℃时,巴氏合金表面的相成分发生明显变化,磨损率也急剧增大,磨损由以磨粒磨损为主的轻微磨损转变为以熔融磨损为主的严重磨损。
Tribological behaviors of Babbitt alloy ZSnSb8Cu4 sliding against 45 steel under different conditions were investigated.The worn surface of Babbitt alloy ZSnSb8Cu4 was tested by XRD,SEM and EDS. The results indicate that the friction coefficient and wear rate remain low and stable when the temperature of wear sample under 130 ℃. The phases of the sample's surface change obviously when the temperature of the sample over 130 ℃,and the wear becomes severe with Babbitt alloy melt instead of the slight abrasive wear.
