摘要
以聚α-烯烃为基础油的JC-1、JC-2、928N和928U航空润滑油作为研究对象,采用GC/MS联用技术对样品进行分析,提出提高航空润滑油热氧化安定性的方法,在此基础上对聚α-烯烃基础油及其中所含的抗氧化剂进行分析,利用固体探针-飞行时间质谱分析技术对样品进行分析,了解了润滑油有机质组成的变化,为控制主润滑油品质衰变及在用油变色问题提供了科学依据。
The aviation lubricating oils of JC-1,JC-2,928 N and 928 U with poly alpha olefin as base oil were analyzed using GC/MS/MS technology,and the method to improve aviation lubricating oil thermal oxidation stability was put forward. Poly alpha olefin base oil and the antioxidants in the base oil were analyzed. The change of oil organic matter was researched by solid probe-time of flight mass spectrum analysis technology,which provided scientific basis to control the oil quality decay and oil discoloration problem.
