摘要
联合应用理化性能分析、铁谱分析和原子光谱分析等多种油液监测分析技术,对SD22型推土机变速箱进行状态监测和故障诊断。根据监测所得的润滑油本身信息和油液中磨粒的形状、大小、数量及种类,确定变速箱合理的换油时间;根据润滑油中铁、铜元素含量超标,判断出变速箱中的摩擦片或轴承保持架磨损较为严重,需要停机检查。
Several kinds of oil monitoring technologies were used for the state monitoring and fault diagnosis of gearbox in the SD22 style bulldozer including the oil chemical-physics analysis,Ferrography analysis,Spectrometric analysis and so on. According to the monitored lubricating oil information and the shapes,sizes,quantities and styles of the abrasives in lubricating oil,the reasonable time to change new lubricating oil was determined. Based on the excessive levels of Fe and Cu elements in the oil,the conclusion is drawn that the friction plates or bearing cages exist serious wear and need to stop for checking.
