摘要
参照垫片密封及阀座密封比压原理,从力学角度建立阀门漏率计算公式,并以有限元方法建立阀门漏率计算模型,从而实现了阀门漏率的初步量化分析和计算。以充气阀为例分析阀座结构尺寸对阀门密封性能的影响,结果表明在保证阀门非金属面没有破坏的前提下,阀座半径越小越有利于阀门密封。
Referring to the sealing specific pressure of gasket and valve seat,a new valve leakage evaluation method was built in perspective of mechanics,and a new valve leakage evaluation model was built,which realized the quantitative analysis and evaluation of valve leakage. The effect of valve seat dimension on valve seal performance was analyzed by the example of filling valve. The result reveals that valve seal performance is better with less valve seat radius under the premise of valve nonmetal sealed material not breaking.
