Improvement of the Leakage of Label Horizontal Pushing Device in ZB45 Cigarette Packer

针对ZB45硬盒包装机商标纸横推装置存在的漏油问题,通过对漏油原因的分析,对该装置进行改进,将基座由整体式改为分体式,将单油封变为双油封并增大回油孔的方式,成功解决了商标纸横推装置的漏油难题。改进后的商标纸横推装置连续运行一年未再出现漏油现象,油封及输出轴等执行件寿命提高。

In order to solve the problem of oil leakage,the label horizontal pushing device in the ZB45 cigarette packer was improved through the analysis of the oil leakage causes,and the oil leakage problem of the label horizontal pushing device was successfully resolved by changing the integral base into the split type,replacing the single oil seal with the double oil seal and increasing oil return hole diameter. The results for continuous operation one year show that the problem of oil leakage is solved for the improved pushing device,and the life of the oil seal and the output shaft is prolonged.
