摘要
目的研究栀子环烯醚萜苷鼻用原位凝胶的制备工艺,并对其物理性质进行检测。方法以去乙酰结冷胶为凝胶基质制备栀子环烯醚萜苷鼻用原位凝胶;测定其微观结构、外排水量、黏附力和临界相变阳离子浓度。结果栀子环烯醚萜苷原位凝胶在阳离子浓度达到人工鼻黏液的1/2时即发生相转变,并与人工鼻黏液反应后形成凝胶网络包裹药物。结论栀子环烯醚萜苷原位凝胶能有效黏附于鼻黏膜并延长药物在鼻腔的滞留时间。
AIM To study the preparation process and physical properties of nasal in situ gel of gardenia iridoid glycosides. METHODS Deacetylated gellan gum was used as the matrix to prepare nasal in situ gel of gardenia iridoid glycosides,and the microstructure,water holding capacity,adhesive force,critical ion concentration were tested. RESULTS Phase change took place as the cation concentration of in situ gel achieved 1 /2 of artificial nasal mucus concentration,and a gel network formed immediately to wrap the drug. CONCLUSION In situ gel of gardenia iridoid glycosides can adhere effectively to nasal mucosa and prolong the drug retention time in the nasal cavity.
