氧化还原法表面改性羊毛的理化性能 被引量:13

Physical and chemical properties of surface modified wool by oxidation reduction method

摘要 采用高锰酸钾(KMnO4)-二氧化硫脲(TD)氧化还原法对羊毛织物进行剥鳞片处理。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和衰减全反射红外光谱(FTIR-ATR)等测试手段分析剥鳞处理前后羊毛织物表面的化学和物理结构特性。SEM结果表明,经剥鳞处理后的羊毛织物表面整体较为光滑,织物边缘的阶梯状结构不再明显;XPS和FTIR-ATR研究表明,上述氧化还原法使羊毛表面的二硫键氧化断裂、表面类脂物质改性/除去,从而促使剥鳞片后羊毛织物的润湿性能有了显著提高,且在强力保留、白度、纤维细化等方面也获得良好的效果;但剩炭率、氧指数均比未经剥鳞处理的羊毛织物有所下降,热稳定性下降。 The scales of wool fabric were stripped through potassium permanganate oxidation method and thiourea dioxide reduction method. The chemical and physical properties of wool fabrics before and after scale stripping treatment were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-attenuated total reflectance( FT-IR/ATR). SEM results showed that the surface of the wool fabrics after scale stripping treatment exhibited smoother on the surface and little ladder-shaped structure on the edge of the fabrics. XPS and FTIR-ATR examination showed that the methods mentioned above broke the disulfide-bond and modified or removed the lipid substances on the surface of the fabrics and hence improved their wettability,and achieved good results in strength retention,whiteness,and fiber slenderizing. However,the residue char length,limiting oxygen index,as well as thermal stability dropped.
