摘要 为开发一种新型功能面料,先测试了咖啡炭纤维的性能,然后将其与其他纤维混纺试制了2个系列8种织物并测试分析其服用性能。结果表明:咖啡炭纤维的横截面中腔结构明显,其纵向表面有很多纳米级咖啡炭颗粒附着;与普通涤纶纤维相比,其初始模量、断裂强度、断裂伸长率均较低,回潮率有所增大;咖啡炭纤维与棉纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维等混纺,其织物性能有较大差异,其中含量为35%的咖啡炭纤维与棉纤维混纺时,其织物保暖性能最好,与粘胶纤维混纺的织物有较佳的透气性能;与粘胶、莫代尔纤维混纺的织物有较佳的热湿舒适性能、抗起毛起球性及保型性;与莫代尔、棉纤维混纺的织物折皱回复性较优。 In order to develop a new type of functional fabric,the basic performances of coffee carbon fibers were tested. 8 blended fabrics of 2 series were woven on trial basis with coffee carbon fiber and other fibers and their wearability was tested. The results showed that the coffee carbon fibers have obvious cavity structure on its transverse sections and on the lengthways surface adhere many nanoscale coffee carbon particles; compared with ordinary polyester fibers, coffee carbon fibers have lower initial modulus,breaking tenacity and elongation at break,but their moisture regain is increased; and fabric performance exhibits remarkable difference between coffee carbon fiber /cotton,coffee carbon fiber /viscose,coffee carbon fiber / modal blended fabrics. And among them,coffee carbon fiber /cotton( 35 /65) shows the best warmth retention property; coffee carbon fiber / viscose( 35 /65) has better air permeability; when the content of coffee carbon fiber is fixed at 35%,its blended fabrics with modal or viscose have better thermal-wet comfort,anti-pilling property and drapability; and its blended fabris with modal or cotton have better crease recovery ability.
