摘要
在聚丙烯针刺毡表面进行纺粘工艺加工,并进行热合层压处理,获得具有一定孔径和透排水性能的透水模板布。通过正交试验获取制备纺粘/针刺透水模板布的最佳工艺,讨论了热压温度和纺粘层面密度对透水模板布相关性能的影响。结果表明:热压温度为171℃,热压时间为4 s,热压压强为1.5 MPa时,聚丙烯纺粘/针刺型透水模板布的导水性能达到最优,在相同的热压时间与热压压强下,模板布内部纤维的密集程度及表层凝结性能随热压温度的变化影响其最终的使用效果。
Spun-bonded process was used on the polypropylene needled felt's surface,followed by hot pressing /laminating,thus a porous and water permeable formwork liner was obtained. Its optimal process was determined through orthogonal experiment,and the effects of hot-press temperature and surface density of the spun-bonded fabric on the properties of the formwork liner were discussed. The optimal hydraulic conductivity of the liner was got when the hot-pressing was performed at 171 ℃ for 4 s,under a pressure of 1. 5 MPa. Under the same hot pressing time and pressure,the fiber density of the formwork liner and the performance of the surface condensation changed along with the hot-pressing temperature and thus affected its final use effect.
