摘要
我国是胃癌高发国家之一,提高胃癌诊治水平的关键就是规范化诊治。准确的术前分期、规范的手术方式和范围、合理的吻合方式都是胃癌规范化治疗中尤其应该重视的问题。在此基础上,鼓励建立胃癌外科专业和多学科团队,在规范化治疗的同时,制定个体化的治疗方案并开展相关临床研究。开展高质量的原创性临床研究,是真正提高我国胃癌诊治水平和地位的源泉和动力。
The incidence of gastric cancer in China is the highest in the world. To improve the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcome, the most effective way is to standardization. Accurate staging, standard procedure and standard extent of dissection, and physiological reconstruction are the most notable issues. On that basis, specialization and multidisciplinary team may provide standard and individualized treatment regimen for patients, and carry out clinical trials. The only way to improve status in China is to perform original clinical trial of high quality.
