中国对澳矿业领域投资受阻分析与思考

An analysis and thinking about the frustrated status of Chinese FDI in mining and resources in Australia

从中国加快对澳大利亚投资现状出发,分析和研究了中国对澳大利亚矿业投资中受阻的诸多因素,思考了加快或促使中国在澳大利亚矿业能源领域顺利投资的有效举措。认为,对澳投资企业不仅要深入了解澳大利亚投资当地的法律法规,尊重澳方对企业身份的调查,还要严格遵守当地环境保护以及文化遗产保护等规定,并且应实施多种投资方式,不一定非要控股或者是全资购买,这样才不至于让澳方在中方投资其矿产资源领域时产生敌意,以便投资的顺利进行。

Based on the worried status of Chinese Investment in mining in Australia,we analyzed and researched the reasons of the suffocation and attempted to find out how can China do better in such fields in Australia.We consider that only deepening our comprehension of the laws and regulations in Australia and giving more respect in cooperation with FIRB＇s survey in identifying that whether the state interests in danger or not and more strictly observing in such protection policies of environment and aboriginal heritage locally and more smart and strategy implementing in investment instead of full-finance offering can relieve the inherent collision in such fields whenever we invest there,and only in this way can we provide the guarantee for our investment of such fields activities in Australia.
