摘要
煤层自燃发火是煤矿安全生产的一大重要隐患,如何治理煤层自燃发火成了矿井安全生产的重点工程。基于膨胀充填防火密闭墙构筑技术在东坡煤矿斜风井防火应用实践,阐述了膨胀充填材料的组成及性能、充填构筑工艺、膨胀充填密闭墙井下构筑试验及其技术经济效果。应用实践表明,膨胀充填材料的初凝时间约为20~30min,抗压强度达到了3.3MPa,膨胀系数为20%左右。充填防火密闭墙密闭性能良好,充填后老巷无漏风、串风现象,取得了预期的效果。
coal seam spontaneous combustion is one of the grave hidden perils to coal mine safety production,how to govern coal spontaneous combustion has become the key projects of the mine safety production engineering.Based on the application practice of expansion filling fire sealing wall's construct technology used on inclined wind well's fire prevention in Dongpo mine,this paper expounds the expansion filling material's composition and performance,filling and constructed technology,the expansion filling airtight wall's underground construct test and it's technical and economical benefit.Application practice shows that initial setting time of the expansion filling material is about 20~30 minutes,its compressive strength achieves to 3.3MPa,and the coefficient of expansion is approximately 20%.The filling fire sealing wall airtight performance good,there is no air leakage,string wind phenomenon after its filling and the expected results have been achieved.
