矸石电厂循环流化床灰渣特性分析及其资源化利用途径 被引量:14

摘要 分析了煤矸石电厂CFB灰渣的颜色、细度与颗粒分布、化学成分、矿物组成、颗粒形貌、化学活性和水化特性等方面的特性,综述了CFB灰渣在物理余热、填埋、建材、农业和化工产品等方面的资源化利用途径。指出有必要对不同CFB灰渣的基本特性进行全面研究,找出不同CFB灰渣之间的共性和差异,进行综合利用,并对CFB灰渣进行适当的改性处理,使其用于高附加值产品利用,另外应全面开展CFB灰渣在建材上的大批量应用技术的研究。 Color,fineness,particle size distribution,chemical composition,mineral composition,particle morphology,chemical activity and hydration characteristics etc.of CFB(circulating fcuidized bed)ash for coal gangue power plant are analyzed,and resource utilizations of CFB ash in physical waste heat,landfill,building materials,agricultural and chemical products are reviewed.In this paper,it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive research on the basic characteristics of different CFB ashes and find out the commonness and difference between different CFB ashes that can be comprehensively used,and make CFB ashes are used for high-added-value products by appropriately modifying.In addition,the research of bulk utilization technology on CFB ashes used in building materials also should be fully carried out.
