摘要
在乙烯和炼油的精制过程中产生的废碱液含有高浓度硫化物和难降解的有机物,如何有效处理是目前石化行业的一个难题。采用全生物氧化技术建成的装置彻底解决了这一难题,实现了废碱液的高效处理和达标排放,并具有工艺流程简单、运行成本低、不产生二次污染等优点,对处理乙烯废碱液或含有高浓度硫化物和难降解有机物废水具有借鉴作用。
Waste lye produced in the refining process of ethylene and oil refining contains high concentration of sulfide and refractory organic matter. Effective treatment of waste lye is a bottleneck problem. The device using bio-oxidation technology can solve the problem. The waste lye can be effectively treated,and the effluent quality can meet the discharge standard. The device has the advantages of simple process flow,low operation cost,no secondary pollution and so on. This provides reference for treatment of ethylene waste lye or wastewater containing high concentration of sulfide and refractory organic matter.
