摘要
镇江市金西水厂在升级改造过程中先后发生渡槽后阶的快滤池进水渠道水毁和普通快滤池各滤池的流量分配不均的问题,对其成因进行水力学分析认为,后阶跌水消能形成的水流冲刷是水毁的主因,而后阶跌水消能不够则导致1#滤池流量过低,影响了普通快滤池的过滤效果。对此设计了一种利于结构安全的跌水结构,然后在快滤池进水渠道内添加堰板进一步消能,通过对堰板几何尺寸的优化使各滤池的流量分配均匀。
Hydraulic problems of water damage in the water channel and the uneven flow distribution of rapid filters occurred in the process of upgrading of Zhenjiang Jinxi Waterworks. The hydraulics analysis on the causes showed that: the main reason of the water damage was water scour formed by the step waterfall,whose energy dissipation was not enough to cause low flow rate of 1#filter and affect the filtration efficiency. To solve these two problems,a new waterfall structure was designed for structure safety and a weir plate was used for more energy dissipation. Through the weir plate geometry optimization,the aim of the uniform filter flow distribution could be achieved.
