摘要
枣产品加工生产废水水质水量变化较大、水质复杂且污染严重。某枣产品加工企业以蜜饯为主要产品,其废水采用预曝气调节池+IC+A/O+活性砂过滤+多介质过滤的处理工艺,主要处理水质指标满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,该工艺运行稳定,管理简单方便,无二次污染。
The wastewater from jujube processing is characterized by large fluctuations in quality and quantity,complex quality,and high pollution. A combined process of pre-aeration equalization tank,IC reactor,A /O tank,active sand filter and multi-media filter was applied to treat the wastewater from a jujube sweetmeats factory. The effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant（GB 18918- 2002）. The combined process has low operation cost,simple and convenient management and no secondary pollution.
