汤汪污水处理厂二期工程曝气系统的改造 被引量:2

摘要 扬州市汤汪污水处理厂设计总规模为18×104m3/d,采用CAST处理工艺。近期二期工程4#生物池连续两次发生曝气器管膜破裂、脱落致使污泥倒灌进曝气主管,造成该组生物池停运,鼓风机也维修多次,严重影响了生产运行稳定。为此,制定了二期工程曝气系统的技术改造方案。改造后,鼓风机风压、电流均有明显下降,能耗显著下降。由于曝气效果的改善、氧转移率的提高,使得生化池曝气均匀,处理效果更佳。 The general design capacity of Yangzhou Tangwang Sewage Treatment Plant is 18 × 10^4m^3/d,and CAST process is adopted. The aerator pipe membranes in No. 4 biological tank in the secondphase project have ruptured and detached twice,and the sludge flowed backward into the aeration pipe,causing the stop operation of the biological tank. The blower was repaired several times,and the production was seriously affected. Therefore,the technical reconstruction scheme of aeration system was established. After the reconstruction,the blower pressure and current were significantly decreased,and the energy consumption was significantly decreased. Because of the improvement of aeration efficiency and the enhancement of oxygen transfer rate,the aeration efficiency and treatment effect were improved.
