2005～2012年深圳市某二级综合医院血液报废原因分析

Analysis of the causes for discarding blood in a secondary general hospital in Shenzhen during 2005～2012

目的通过回顾性分析深圳市平湖人民医院近8年来血液报废情况,找出血液报废原因,提出应对措施和改进方案,避免血液资源不必要的浪费。方法对本院2005年1月～2012年12月库存血非检验性不合格615.5U报废血液,按年限、品种、原因、血型分类整理,统计各自所占比例并做出分析。结果 2005～2012年本院共计报废7个品种、615.5 U血液制品,占临床库存用血的8.08%。报废的血液制品中,红细胞制品报废数量最多,占全部报废的91.63%;过期、申请未用、破袋是报废主要原因。报废血液不同血型中,AB型占该型入库血量的报废率最高,O型的报废率最低。结论针对上述原因,在保障临床用血安全、及时、有效的前提下,提出相应的血液管理措施,制定最合理的应急库存血量,尽量避免浪费。

Objective To explore the status and the causes for discarding blood in recent eight years in Pinghu people＇s Hospital by retrospective analysis,to put forward the corresponding measures and improvement plans for avoidng unnecessary waste of blood. Methods The blood discarded for non-infectious reasons during Jan 2005 to Dec 2012（ 615. 5 U） were classied accoding to its date,type,discarding reason and blood typs. The propotion of each category was statistically analyzed.Results A total of 7 types and 615. 5 U blood products were discarded,accounting for 8. 08% of the blood inventory for clinical use. Discarded red blood cells accounted for the highest proportion of discarded blood products（ 91. 63%）. Expiration,applied but not used and the bag breakage were the main reasons for discarding. Type AB Blood prodcuts had the highest,discarding rate and type O blood productshad the lowest diacarding rate. Conclusion Based on the above reasons and under the premise of ensuring safety,timeliness and effectiveness of clinical blood use,we should put forward management measures and,formulate the most reasonable emergency blood inventory volume.
