摘要
目的探讨RFID技术对发往偏远海岛医院的血液进行实时温度监控的效果。方法收集本中心血站RFID监控系统使用前后发往3家海岛医院的红细胞悬液发血量、过期报废量、退血量资料,分析血液过期报废情况。结果 3家医院血液报废率从RFID使用前的26.2%下降到9.8%。结论 RFID血液冷链监控系统对于海岛地区血站保障临床用血、减少血液过期报废、提升血液安全具有较好的社会和经济效益,对国内交通不便地区具有较好的借鉴和推广意义。
Objective To explore the effect of RFID technology on the real-time temperature monitoring of blood sent to the remote island hospitals. Methods The amount of distributed red blood cell suspension,blood discraded due to expiration and blood returned to blood station before and after the use of RFID monitoring system were collected in 3 hospitals on remote islands. The reasons for expiration were analyzed. Results After using the RFID system,the average discard rate in 3 hospitals decreased from 26. 2% to 9. 8%. Conclusion RFID cold chain monitoring system for blood can ensure the provision of blood for clinical use on islands,reduce the volume of blood discarded due to expiration and improve the safety of blood. It has good social and economic benefits and could be a good reference for areas with traffic inconvenience.
