Continuous improvement of cold-chain monitoring management system for blood collection and supply in Xinxiang area

目的通过对新乡地区采供血冷链设备控制活动的有效实施,确保采供血过程中血液温度和对温度有特别要求物料以及标本的运输、储存温度得到有效控制。方法建立各级管理平台监控终端,对监控的冷链设备实时温度信息采集。结果实时检测到血液及其采供血过程对温度有特别要求的物料、标本的温度得到有效控制的信息反馈。结论实现血液冷链网络化、信息化管理,真正实现"从血管到血管"的血液管理。

Objective To effectively implement blood cold chain control activities, to ensure the control of temperature during the process of blood collection and Supply and during the transportation and storage of materials and specimen with special requirements on temperature. Methods By establishing monitoring terminal for all levels of management platform, the real-time temperature information of cold chain was collected. Results The real-time monitoring of blood collection and supply process was established and the temperature of materials with special requirements on temperature was effectively con- trolled. Conclusion Through implementing blood cold chain network and its information management, we can realize blood management ＂from vessel to vessel＂.
