英国预防新生儿溶血病抗-D免疫球蛋白应用指南解读 被引量：18

摘要 2014年1月23日,英国血液学标准委员会（British Committee for Standards in Haematology,BCSH）发布了最新《BCSH预防新生儿溶血病抗-D免疫球蛋白应用指南》（BCSH Guideline for the Use of Anti-D Immunoglobulin for the Prevention of Haemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn）（以下简称《指南》）,为使用抗-D免疫球蛋白（anti-D immunoglobulin,抗-D Ig）预防Rh D血型阴性（以下简称D-）孕产妇D致敏和由此导致的新生儿溶血病（hemolytic disease of the fe tus and newborn,HDN）提出了详尽的推荐意见。该《指南》将成为英国预防HDN的国家指南。
